General booking conditions

Price: all prices are per week for 7 nights .

Confirmation deposit

At the reservation are asked to pay a deposit of 25 % of the total amount of your rental to confirm it. The amount payable is detailed online . The deposit can be paid in various ways:

-by a secure online payment by credit card ( with our bank CMCIC ) . By this payment , the reservation is confirmed immediately ,
-By a bank transfer to Christine Miranda account opened in Crédit Mutuel

If you choose bank transfer, your reservation will be held for 48 hours pending payment. After 48 hours, if payment is not made, the option falls and availability of the apartment will not be guaranteed.

An email back will confirm the booking of your apartment and the detailed invoice will be attached.

For pre-booking online: 
Pre-booking online must be signed and validated by the agency in return within a maximum of 7 days. Otherwise the pre-booking will be void.    Payment of the balance of your stay 30 days before your arrival you will receive an email asking you the payment of the balance of your stay. It can be done in 3 ways: -Online payment via a secure system. -By bank transfer to transfer to France RIB: 10278 Guiche t08915 Bank Account number 00020114504 97 Key -IBAN for international transfers: FR76 1027 8089 1500 0204 2830 482 BIC: CMCIFR2A -The balance will be paid by bank checks, holiday chéques-ANVC, No keys will be given without full payment of your stay.



Contract
Upon receipt of the balance payment of your stay, you will receive by email the rental contract.

Security Deposit
A deposit will be required. It prevents the apartment against all damages and any stealing. The deposit also helps to cover any unpaid rent. For stays of less than three months, the amount of the deposit depends on the size of the rented flat:
- € 1500.
-All contracts must be accompanied by proof of insurance extension holiday. (Insurance included in that of your main home without additional cost)

How to pay the deposit?
- preferably by an authorization on your credit card before your arrival. An email will be sent to this effect prior to arrival.
-Either pay the balance of the stay by a check drawn on a French bank it will be returned if no damage or damage was found in the apartment and if it is made in a clean condition.

Cancelling policy

Cancellation free of charge up to 42 days before arrival.

If your cancellation occurs 30 days before your arrival date, payments will be refunded in full, less an amount of € 30 for administrative costs. If cancellation occurs less than 30 days before arrival, no amount will be made. We will have to necessarily be informed of cancellation of your stay by fax or email. Cancellations by phone will not be taken seriously

The cancellations due to Christine Miranda Real Estate Agency In case of contingencies (fire - damage - burglary etc ...) would make the rented inaccessible, Christine Miranda agrees to resettle you in a well of the same or higher category than the one you have chosen without changing anything either in terms of date or price. Assuming that change will not be achieved, all monies received by us will be refunded. Christine Miranda Real Estate will in no way be a claim for indemnities.

What is included in proposed price?
our prices  are for a week or 7 nights.

The proposed rates include all charges and taxes related to the apartment included (water - gas - electricity - cleaning before arrival - reception). No supplement will be asked on the basis of a standard rental. Rates do not depend on the number of persons occupying the property leased to the limit of the number of people that can hold the property.

Length of stay

our prices are for a week or 7 nights.

The number of rental days is a minimum of three days. The stay may not exceed the number of nights indicated in the initial contract without written agreement of the agency Christine Miranda.
Arrival- departure Arrival : It is done in the rented property between 15h and 18h. When booking we will ask you specifically to tell us your arrival time to have one of our agent ready to receive you. In case of delay we will ask you to inform us, for us to reorganize ourselves. With the contract, which will be sent to you will be contacted the itinerary and the number of the person to contact in case of delay. A supplement of 45 € will be charged if the arrival has to be after 19h .. If the apartment is not occupied the night before we offer you the opportunity to 14h before arrival. Thank you to contact our services if you are concerned, we will gladly comply with your request. Departure : Check out / departure keys must be between 8 and 9:30. Our agent, according to an agreed time, will find you at the property for an inventory and recovery of keys. Cleaning and departure state
A cleaning service is provided for each of our locations. This package is required and is added to the price of the stay.

Sundays and bank holidays.

We inform you that if you plan to arrive or depart from the apartment on a Sunday or  a french public holiday calendar you will have to pay a supplement of 45 euros.

Capacity of the apartment

The number of people occupying the property must not exceed the number of absolutely Sleeping indicated in the data sheet of the leased property. No exceptions will be given. This to ensure maximum comfort to our customers.

Use of premises

Once the lease signed by both parties, the tenant agrees to respect the following rules:

-The leased property will be held for private purposes during their holiday or business travel. In no case can not be used for commercial activity, craft or profession.
-The property must be occupied by the hirer and his companions within the limit of the number of people that can accommodate the place.
-In the case of a complaint of nuisance in the neighborhood, only the tenant's responsibility is involved. If proven nuisance, it can be made a € 300 deducted from the deposit for compensation for those who suffered these nuisances, and the departure of the tenant may be required without the latter can demand repayment of the balance of the stay.
-Any intentional or unintentional damage caused by the tenant during his stay will be charged to him.
-The Christine Miranda Real Estate Agency can not be held responsible for water shortages, gas or electricity, theft or damage to personal effects and nuisance to the neighborhood.
-The tenant is obliged to leave the apartment in the condition it was found. Otherwise, it authorizes the agency to undertake at its own expense the expenses necessary to release or reinstatement of the premises.
