Welcome to the "Colombier" villa. This spacious, comfortable and fully air-conditioned villa is located in a quiet residential area of Rochegude, in Drôme Provençale. Perfect for family or friends' holidays, this well-equipped house accommodates up to 8 people, with 4 bedrooms, terrace, swimming pool, and a pool house.
The villa of approximately 300m² on 2 levels includes:
• Ground floor (on the same level):
o A vast bright living room, lounge and dining room with direct access to the terrace
o An independent and fully equipped kitchen
o A very functional back kitchen / laundry room
o 3 air-conditioned suites, each with private bathroom or shower room + WC
• Upstairs:
o A 4th air-conditioned bedroom with private balcony
o An additional bathroom
o A macerating toilet
Outside:
• A landscaped and well-maintained garden of approximately 1800m²
• A free-form swimming pool, secured by an immersed alarm
• A terrace for your meals and relaxation moments
• A gas barbecue for your grilling evenings
• A pool house with table football for the whole family
Comfort in summer and winter:
Air conditioning is installed in all rooms, including the 4 bedrooms, for a pleasant stay even in the middle of summer.
Rochegude is a typical village of Drôme Provençale, surrounded by vineyards, close to Suze-la-Rousse which houses the wine university, Grignan with its famous castle and superb wine estates. Ideal for alternating between relaxation, discoveries and walks.

Please note that a deposit of €1500 will be requested via our partner SWIKLY. This is a bank imprint that does not affect your spending limit. This link will automatically expire 20 days after your departure. Except for any damage found. As well as a holiday extension insurance (free document, included in your civil liability).
Bed and towel linen is not included in the stay. Possibility to rent.
