The house opens onto a fully-equipped kitchen on the garden level, with French windows opening onto the terrace. This may or may not be separated from the living room by its sliding door. A dining room and TV lounge with Wifi, bright thanks to its two bay windows, with a view over the swimming pool.
A storeroom where the circuit breaker is located, leading to the double garage where you will find a washing machine and clothes line.
A first air-conditioned bedroom with a 160 cm double bed and wardrobe.
A second air-conditioned bedroom with a 160 cm bed and direct access to the terrace and swimming pool.
Air conditioning in the hallway.
Shower room with walk-in shower and washbasin. Guest toilet.

Upstairs, two air-conditioned bedrooms with 160 cm beds.
A bathroom and separate toilet.

On the garden side, a covered terrace provides shade. A gas hob is available.
An 8 m x 4 m swimming pool secured by a roller shutter. The garden is partly enclosed and planted with trees.
Private parking in front of the garage.
Pets not allowed, non-smoking house.
