Nature and sports enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity of Mont Ventoux, an ideal playground for cyclists and hikers. Not forgetting the Dentelles de Montmirail and the surrounding classified villages such as Gigondas, Sablet, Séguret, etc... to help you appreciate the famous Côtes-du-Rhône.
In a refined and comfortable setting, the spacious and bright house offers generous volumes and all the necessary comfort for a pleasant stay.
On the garden level, the living spaces open harmoniously onto the garden and the swimming pool. The entrance distributes these rooms and a majestic staircase leads to the floors where the 5 air-conditioned bedrooms with private bathrooms are located.
First floor (also accessible by a hidden staircase with a disabled person seat):
-2 rooms with 160 cm bed and TV
-1 room with 140 cm bed and bathroom in the mezzanine
Second floor:
- 1 bedroom with a 160 cm bed
- 1 bedroom with two single beds and a bench
- A gym with air conditioning and a full bathroom complete this floor
Facing the garden and the swimming pool, you will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen to delight food lovers, as well as a living room/dining room and a TV lounge.
A laundry room and guest toilets complete the ground floor facilities.
The landscaped garden of 2.2 hectares invites relaxation, with a heated swimming pool (10m x 5m, flat bottom) lined with sun loungers. In the shade of a plane tree, a large table and a plancha corner will seduce you for your lunches and dinners.
In a neighbouring enclosure, two donkeys, Joséphine and her little Abel, will keep you company throughout your stay (it is recommended not to feed them and not to enter their enclosure).
