The house is south facing and benefits from a 4500 m² garden, terraced land.
From a high point of the property, nice view on the region.
The swimming pool is secured by a fence and a submerged alarm (8m*4m water line depth at 1.60m).
The house follows the different levels of the garden and is in fact on the same level outside at each level.
Lounge -Dining room on the inner courtyard. Equipped kitchen. WC on garden level.
