With an area of 250 m², the house spread over 2 levels offers 4 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 8 people.
Ground floor - open to the shaded inner courtyard:
• Entrance, cloakroom, WC
• Air-conditioned TV lounge and dining room
• Second lounge dedicated to games
• Fully equipped kitchen (including Nespresso coffee machine)
