Renovated by two sisters to make it a family home. Perfectly equipped, this spacious house combines ancient charm and comfort to accommodate up to 8 people.


The house with an area of approximately 250m² on 3 levels includes:
• On the ground floor:
o An air-conditioned living room with video projector and WiFi
o An independent and fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, etc.)
o A shower room + separate WC

• On the 1st floor:
o 3 bedrooms (including 2 adjoining, ideal for children or families)
o A bathroom with WC
o A library space arranged in the hallway

• On the top floor:
o A 4th bedroom under the roof, full of charm

Outside:
A vast private garden of around 5000m² surrounded by vineyards awaits you with:
• A naturally shaded dining area under the trees
• A gas griddle for convivial grills
• A 4mx7m private pool secured by electric shutters
• On-site activities: ping pong table, badminton net, soccer cage

In La Baume-de-Transit, between vineyards, lavender and hills, near emblematic villages such as Grignan, Suze-la-Rousse or Nyons.
