This beautiful Mas is located in a charming co-ownership, in a quiet area with 6 other independent housing units and with no overlooking neighbors. It is situated in the heart of Provençal Drôme, near the village of Clansayes.

• Fully equipped kitchen in a Provençal style.
• A warm living space with a living room and dining area.
• 4 bright bedrooms, including one on the garden level with a private bathroom, ideal for more privacy.
• An additional bathroom upstairs with a bathtub.
Outside:
• A heated private and secure swimming pool measuring 8m x 4m, perfect for enjoying the beautiful days from spring to autumn.
• And, you have access to the second shared pool with the other accommodations, measuring 11.4m x 5.30m, which is fenced.

Beaucoup de toiles d’araignée en arrivant et il faut changer les ventilateurs la haut car il fait très chaud et le ventilateur ne fonctionne pas bien dans la chambre au lit double. Pas de ventilateur dans une petite chambre la haut.

Pour ce qui est des ventilateurs, celui de la chambre du haut avec lit simple est neuf. Nous prenons bonne note pour les autres ventilateurs et ferons remonter l'isee more
