"The Footbridge", a charming cottage in Provence, classified 4 stars in tourist accommodation: in the midst of lavender, olive trees, vineyards and truffle oak trees, the cottage is located in the Papal Enclave, a few minutes from the village of Valréas (all shops). Within a charming co-ownership with magnificent century-old plane trees, a beautiful stone building has been renovated into 10 independent accommodations on a plot of approximately 1 hectare.
The apartment is south-facing and opens onto a private and landscaped inner courtyard of 130m², with a large stone table to enjoy meals outdoors.
"La Passerelle" with a living area of 105m² is on one level, an interior that is cosy, nicely and comfortably furnished.
The entrance is direct to the living room benefiting from a beautiful ceiling height, TV area. In a row, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area.
Following it, a first bedroom with two 80cm beds forming a single 160cm bed. Adjacent, an alcove with two superimposed 80cm sleeping spaces. A bathroom with toilet.
A second bedroom facing north (160cm bed), private bathroom.
An independent toilet.
In common in the farmhouse:
• A fenced swimming pool 12mx7m heated from 1/05 to 30/09.
• A ping-pong table and pétanque balls,
• Children's play area: swing, trampoline, zip line, playhouse, football cages.
• The laundry room with washing machines and tumble dryer,
• The parking,
• The park.
We specify that upon booking, we request a deposit of €750 not cashed as well as a holiday extension insurance.

Would be great if you could hang curtains in the bedroom with the windows at the front. The neighbours' terrace was in front of our bedroom, so we didn't have a lot of privacy.
Maybe add windows in the second bedroom (kids room)?
