Description
Welcome to the villa "Colombier". This spacious, comfortable and fully air-conditioned villa is located in a quiet residential area, on the heights of Rochegude, in Drôme Provençale. It can accommodate up to 8 people, with 4 bedrooms, a terrace and a private pool offering a view of the surrounding countryside: the ideal place for a family or friends holiday.
The villa of approximately 300 m², spread over 2 levels, includes:
Ground Floor (single-storey):
• A vast bright living area, lounge and dining room with direct access to the terrace
• An independent and fully equipped kitchen (capsule and filter coffee machines)
• A very functional utility room / laundry room
• 3 air-conditioned suites, each with en-suite bathroom or shower room + private WC
Upstairs:
• A 4th air-conditioned bedroom with a private balcony
• An additional bathroom with a macerating toilet
Outside:
• A landscaped and well-maintained garden of approximately 1,800 m²
• A free-form swimming pool, secured by an immersed alarm
• A terrace for your meals and relaxation moments
• A gas barbecue for your grilling evenings
• A pool house with a foosball table for the whole family
Animals not allowed.
Electric vehicle charging not allowed.
Bed linen and towels included.
Rochegude is a typical village of the Provençal Drôme, surrounded by vineyards, close to Suze-la-Rousse (Wine University), Grignan and its famous castle, as well as numerous wine estates. Ideal for alternating between relaxation, discoveries and walks.
Please note that a deposit of €1,500 will be requested via our partner Swikly. This is a bank imprint that does not impact your spending limit. The link will automatically expire 20 days after your departure, except in the event of identified damages.
A "holiday extension" insurance is also required (free document, generally included in your civil liability).
