Newly built villa, located on the heights of Réauville on the edge of the village, charming village of Drôme Provençale, 5 minutes from Grignan. The villa follows the shape of the sloping ground, facing south, the house enjoys a magnificent panoramic view of the Drôme Provençale with Mont Ventoux, the Château de Grignan, the Tour de Chamaret... The living room is glazed on 2 sides with bay windows to enjoy the magnificent view. In the living room, the very well equipped kitchen. Then, in the same room, the living room with comfortable sofas, TV, stove... Then, another glassed-in lounge area (for children) with the possibility of closing it with a sliding door, with 2 single sofa beds. On the night side, 2 bedrooms with double beds, one of which has a private bathroom. Then, separate toilets and a shower room. On the first floor, a corridor with a bedroom, drawer bed with 1 double bed. Outside, a terrace and balcony with magnificent views, the land is wooded, then the enclosed swimming pool of 8m X4m with a water line of 1.50m.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans cette villa claire et fonctionnelle, qui jouit d'une vue imprenable portant jusqu'au Ventoux. La piscine et l'air conditionné sont un vrai "plus" pour profiter de l'été sans souffrir de la chaleur. Nous recommandsee more

Davantage d'espace de rangement (et de cintres de qualité) pour les vêtements ne serait pas du luxe. Vu le standing de la location, prévue pour 6 à 8 personnes, l'accès à un deuxième wc serait à envisager. Bien à vous.
