Description
A charming renovated Provençal farmhouse overlooks Mont Ventoux and the dentelles de Montmirail. A postcard from Provence....
In the countryside and a few minutes from all amenities, on a partly enclosed and beautifully wooded plot of land, equipped with an automatic gate and a car park.
The house offers 250m² of living space and, as is often the case in Provence, one enters through the kitchen. A beautiful equipped kitchen followed by a scullery with everything necessary for the happiness of amateur cooks. It opens onto a dining room. A living room with a typical south-facing fireplace overlooking the garden.
A guest toilet is available on the ground floor.
A first bedroom on the same level (with 2 beds (90/200cm) which can be converted into a double bed (180/200cm) if you wish) opens onto the garden. It is equipped with a private shower room and WC.
On the first floor, on the first landing, served from the entrance by a stone staircase: a TV lounge with a convertible sofa.
On the first floor, on the same landing: 2 bedrooms:
A double bedroom with a 140/190cm bed.
A bathroom (shower, bath, and a WC).
The Master bedroom is very spacious with a 160/200cm bed, a shower room and WC. The bedroom communicates with the living room which is equipped with a sofa bed.
There is a 10m x 5m swimming pool secured by a roller shutter. There is a solar shower next to the pool and to make the most of this area, a beautiful open-plan summer room with a fully equipped kitchen and barbecue (+/- 60m²).
A petanque ground shaded by a fig tree is available. In front of the kitchen, a magnificent plane tree provides natural shade on the terrace with a wrought iron trellis ...
There is a garage, a bicycle at your disposal, a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and a dryer.
Everything you need for a great holiday in Provence.
In heating period, the electricity consumption will be invoiced with a meter reading. A provision of 300€/week will be requested. Wood is available for the fireplace in the living room.
Covid19: We take care to apply all the necessary sanitary rules in the properties we manage to welcome you as soon as possible. And, for stays related to business trips still in progress.
