The 8m X 4.5m swimming pool is secured by a bar cover. A covered terrace for your summer meals to the sound of cicadas with an old stone sink. A beautiful century-old tree acts as a natural parasol.
The house opens on to the dining room equipped kitchen, in a row the living room gives directly by a second door on the exotic wooden terrace and the garden. (TV).

To the left of the kitchen, a corridor leads to an independent toilet and a cellar (washing machine, cupboard, 2nd Fridge) with a shower.
At the end of this corridor is a cellar. Ball games, ball, outdoor chairs, high chairs for children (2).

During the heating season, meter readings will be taken and the tenant will be responsible for the heating.
The land is delimited by natural hedges and access is closed by a gate on the road side.

It should be noted that the house is not connected to the Internet.
The swimming pool is closed from September 30 to May 1.
