    Description

    L'Aparté, a charming cottage in Provence: in the midst of lavender, olive trees, vineyards and truffle oak trees, the cottage is located in the Papal Enclave, a few minutes from the village of Valréas (all shops). Within a charming co-ownership with magnificent century-old plane trees, a beautiful stone building has been renovated into 10 independent accommodations on a plot of approximately 1 hectare.

    The gîte l'Aparté (classified as a 4-star furnished tourist accommodation) is south-facing and opens onto a nicely landscaped private inner courtyard. Fully equipped, the accommodation is available to travellers in its entirety with its private outdoor space. The decoration is carefully crafted and the furniture comfortable.

    On the ground floor:
    A living room dining room with a fitted kitchen,
    A bedroom with 1 bed of 180x200 or 2 beds of 90x200, a washbasin with a vanity unit.
    A toilet

    Upstairs:
    An air-conditioned bedroom with a 160x200 bed
    A second air-conditioned bedroom with two 90x200 beds
    A bathroom with shower and bathtub and a toilet

    In common in the farmhouse:
    A fenced swimming pool 12mx7m heated from 1/05 to 30/09,
    A ping pong table and petanque boules,
    Children's play area: swing, trampoline, zip line, playhouse, football cages.
    The laundry room with washing machines and tumble dryer,

    The park.

    This cottage is ideal for spending a very pleasant stay in a calm and exotic environment. Nature lovers will also appreciate visits to Provençal villages, hiking on foot or by bicycle, local wines and specialties, Provençal markets, flea markets...

    A deposit of €750 that has not been cashed and holiday insurance are required.
