Description
L'Aparté, a charming gite in Provence: in the middle of lavender, olive trees, vineyards and truffle oaks, the gite is located in the enclave of the Popes, a few minutes from the village of Valréas (all shops). In the heart of a charming condominium with magnificent hundred-year-old plane trees, a beautiful stone building has been renovated into 10 independent flats on a plot of about 1 hectare.
The gîte l'Aparté (classified as 4* furnished tourist accommodation) faces south and opens onto a beautifully landscaped private courtyard. Fully equipped, the accommodation is available for travellers in its entirety with its private outdoor space. The decoration is neat and the furniture comfortable.
On the ground floor:
A living/dining room with a fully equipped kitchen,
A bedroom with 1 bed of 180x200 or 2 beds of 90x200,
A toilet
On the first floor :
An air-conditioned bedroom with a bed of 160x200
A second air-conditioned bedroom with two 90x200 beds
A bathroom with shower and bath and a toilet
In common in the mas :
A fenced swimming pool 12mx7m heated from 1/05 to 30/09,
A ping pong table and petanque balls,
Play area for children: swing, trampoline, zip line, tree house, football cages.
Laundry room with washing machines and dryers,

This gîte is ideal for spending a very pleasant stay in a calm and relaxing environment. Nature lovers will also appreciate visits to Provençal villages, hiking or cycling, local wines and specialities, Provençal markets, flea markets...
An uncashed deposit of €750 and holiday insurance are required.
